Bi-Qing is an experienced physical scientist with 15+ years of expertise in leveraging big data and advanced analytics to solve complex problems. She has a proven track record of driving stakeholder engagement and leading data-driven projects. Passionate about applying statistical methodologies and cutting-edge technologies to deliver impactful solutions, while collaborating within diverse teams to achieve common goals. As a proactive thought leader, she is dedicated to continuous learning and innnovation.

She was a senior research scientist in the field of astronomy at the International Centre for Radio Astronomy Research (ICRAR), a joint venture between Curtin University and the University of Western Australia. She holds a PhD and a Master's degree from the University of Texas, Austin (USA), and a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Astronomy (double major) from the University of Arizona, Tucson (USA).
